Everything is clearly visible in the POV — you can see how it locks onto another available (in range) player while the first one retreats below the hill.
Come on, we're not kids to be playing games like this. It's obvious he's corrupt.

You can also see in the POV how the cheater intentionally caused the video to lag (freeze) because he was recording with OBS in order to hide the aimlock, but the aimlock is still visible.
