They say he’s hiding somewhere in the Grand Senora Desert, right between the chaos of Los Santos and the lawless sprawl of Blaine County. He moves safehouse to safehouse, protected by ex-military loyalists and paid mercenaries.
His last known appearance? A drive-by that left a top-ranking gang boss and two undercover cops dead. The city went quiet after that. But now the silence is breaking.
A bounty has been placed on his head $200,000 cash. Dead or alive. Gangs want revenge. The cops want justice. Mercs want the payday.
Everyone wants him. But he’s waiting. Watching. Armed to the teeth and ready for war.
The hunt begins now.

How is the event won?
If the Gangs successfully killed the VIP, the Gang side will win.
If the leos killed the VIP, they will win.
