Experienced Leadership: I have been EMS leader **three times in Grand RP**, and this experience provided me with very extensive experience in managing departments and planning effective teams. I know how leadership, professionalism, and constant improvement are crucial.
Passion for EMS Roleplay: EMS isn't just about rescuing players, it's about staying immersed and realistic. I love creating medical roleplay that's interesting, professional, and rewarding for EMS members and citizens alike.
Dedication & Activity: I am very active in my daily work (7–8 hours every day), which allows me to constantly direct my staff, plan patrols, conduct frequent meetings, and uphold high standards of the department all day long.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
Organized Medical Training: All EMS personnel will be trained in realistic scene response, patient conversation to induce immersive RP.
Daily Team Coordination: Conduct frequent in-city and hospital briefings to delegate duties and keep discipline intact, so each shift is structured and RP-ready.
Increased Interdepartmental RP: Work together with police and gov orgs to help them in IC events like Bank robbery Etc.
