Additional information
  • 1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Because there comes a time when you stop playing the story… and start protecting the space where stories are made. RP has been more than just a game or pastime — it’s been a canvas where I’ve built identities, lived emotions, and shared unforgettable moments. But lately, I’ve felt a shift. I’ve seen how the strength of a community doesn't just lie in its characters, but in the foundation behind them the rules, the fairness, the people who stay awake when everyone else logs off. I’m choosing to become an admin not because I’ve outgrown RP, but because I want to give back to what built me. I want to be the reason someone feels heard. I want to ensure the environment we all escape to feels safe, fair, and alive. This isn’t an end — it’s just a new role in the same story.
  • 2.What are your strengths?
  • My strength isn’t just what I do, it’s how I handle what others can’t.
  • When things break, I don’t panic I rebuild.
  • When people argue, I don’t take sides I find solutions.
  • When the server's quiet, I don’t disappear I prepare for the next storm.
  • I’m not fueled by authority. I’m driven by responsibility the kind that means staying online when others log out, making hard decisions without bias, and protecting the integrity of the space we all share.
  • I don’t speak the loudest, but when I do — it’s with purpose.
I don’t lead for power, I lead so others can thrive.
  • presence, perspective, and the will to do what needs to be done — even when no one’s watching.
3.What are your weaknesses?
I care — sometimes too much. I tend to take things personally when people disrespect the effort others put in. I’m learning to separate emotion from execution, but I won’t lie — if something damages the community or someone’s trust, I feel it deeply.I also have a habit of wanting things to be perfect not for praise, but because I know what this community could be. That sometimes makes me take on too much or push harder than I should. But I’m learning: leadership isn’t doing everything — it’s building people who can do it together. And maybe my biggest weakness?
I’m not great at staying silent when something’s wrong — even when it would be easier to look away. But I’d rather have flaws that come from passion than fake perfection built on apathy.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring calm in chaos, fairness in conflict, and consistency when it matters most. I know how to listen, act without bias, and put the community first. I don’t just want to hold a position I want to make a difference.
5.Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes, the only thing I want is to be an admin and I can do anything I will be asked to be one.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Yes — I’m currently a doctor pursuing my master’s degree, so my schedule can be demanding at times. That said, I’m great at managing my time and setting priorities. If I commit to the admin team, I’ll ensure I stay consistent and transparent about my availability. I believe in quality over quantity — when I’m present, I’m fully focused and dependable.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I’m a doctor who has completed my bachelor’s and am currently pursuing my master’s degree. Balancing studies and work has taught me strong discipline, time management, and commitment. These qualities will help me stay reliable and focused as part of the admin team. I’m passionate about contributing positively and growing with the community.
