Haydar was abandoned as a child and was found by another family that took him in as their own. They raised him in a very controversial way where they used force, punishments and manipulation to get Haydar to ''act right''. According to them Haydar was not their child, but they rather saw it that they owned Haydar and that Haydar ''owed'' them his life because they saved him as a child. Haydar grew up thinking this was normal for every kid to be raised this way and didn't question it. He grew up to be a strong independent man that didn't take any disrespect from anyone, except from of course, his ''parents'' that treated him badly. He worked with his ''father'' as a mechanic and learned how his ''father'' was abusing his employees into doing what he wanted at work. He also went hunting with his mother and learned to use his weapons to kill. Haydar was raised to be tough and learned his ''parents'' ways of not abiding by the law. One day him and his ''parents'' got in such a huge fight at home that he ran away. He found himself in the big city of Los Santos and was often in trouble with law enforcement, but managed to later change his identity to try to become an officer to see what it is really like on the inside. But this didn't stop him from breaking the law...

Haydar worked as a mechanic with his ''father'' since he was a kid and learned how to speak to people, how to trick people and manipulate them into doing what he wanted. He didn't know what he was doing was wrong, and therefore kept living his life like this. People would come in for a flat tire, and he would secretly break their tires to charge them more for the repairs. He would often take bribes to let people avoid waiting in line even though there were many other customers with cars in front of them. He made a lot of money this way and didn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. His ''mother'' also taught him hunting, and he used to take side gigs where him and his ''mother'' would hunt wild animals to help keep the peace around their area. He made money from these 2 jobs and later moved to the city to explore a different life after a big fight broke out in his home with his ''parents''. He joined SAHP and was learning how the officers were operating, but couldn't resist the urge to take bribes for lesser punishments or to let people go. We don't know what will happen next with Haydar
Outcomes:
1- Haydar can take bribes of either Weapons, illegal items or up to 100k in cash in exchange for letting the person go.
2- Haydar can remove wanted levels from criminals if demands are met, if demands are not met, he can add wrongful charges and arrest people.
3- Haydar can use and carry illegal guns and items and use them as he wishes
4- Haydar can give inside information to criminal organizations in exchange for a bribe up to 100k
5- Haydar can break IC rules as he pleases, but will still follow OOC rules.
6- Haydar can help his friends and family members escape from prison or help release them from their cuffs
7- Haydar can use use ''/try searches for bodycam'' up to 2 times per situation, and ''/do breaks bodycam'' if found
8- Haydar can avoid calling for a lawyer when one is requested by a 10-15, and either lie about asking for 1, or just straight up refuse it.
9- Haydar can torture and beat his 10-15s if demands are not met
10- Haydar can pickpocket his 10-15s if demands are not met
