Life Story:
Eirene Cartell was born in 1999 in a middle class family in Turkey. Her father was a soldier serving on the border. As a child, Eirene saw her father constantly on TV and in the news for his great service to his country. Eirene always wanted to be a good and honest National Guard like her father. Eirene was actually a good student at school, but she struggled in some subjects. Eirene was a good child who looked up to her father, but there was a little boy who bullied Eirene every day for fun. Eirene told her father about it, but he was so busy that he didn't pay enough attention to her. Eirene got so angry with this boy that she started to hold a grudge against him and one day she grabbed him by the head and hit him in the nose with her knee so hard that the bully's nose bled and the principal called Eirene's father to the school for a meeting. That night Eirene was scolded and beaten by her father for bullying that boy, leaving her with bruises, but little did she know that the real bully was the boy who had bothered her so much. Eirene realized that the world was not as pure as she was. So she felt wronged and was desperate to justify herself. She told her father everything that happened at school, but he didn't even give her a small ‘apology’. Eirene was very hurt and learned not to be so pure and good in life. After these events she became very angry, tense and violent.
Career Story:
After joining the NG, Eirene completed all her training and continued to run her illegal business. She had sold the goods she had stolen from her father in a very short time and now she was running her own drug production business in the Mountains on her own dime, making lots and lots of money in a short time. It was strange for a normal soldier to earn so much money, but her enemies noticed Eirene and questioned how she could earn so much and started to investigate, Eirene's illegal business was soon discovered and she was arrested. Eirene thought her future was over, but the corrupt soldiers of the NG freed her from prison and wiped all her bad past clean. Eirene wanted to make a clean slate for herself, so she underwent many surgeries and had a face transplant of a person who had a very different face than hers, she was a completely different person now, she completed her training again in a very short time and was promoted to the rank of Lt. Colonel and she always waited for that promotion, but the only thing that changed was her face, she was still the same old Eirene and she went back to her old habits and she became a corrupt soldier again and she went back to her same jobs helping the gangs, selling weapons to the gangs at a much cheaper price, helping them with drugs, she was now a much more corrupt soldier than before
Outcomes:
1 - Eirene can take bribes (up to 100k) and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe.
2 - Eirene can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3 - Eirene can smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
4 - Eirene can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing).
5 - Eirene can leak or get any information from anyone for money. (No OOC information)
6 - Eirene can do criminal activity, for example, go for ghetto clapping and use illegal stuff.
7 - Eirene can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8 - Eirene can detain anyone that he wants (including LEOs, with RP reason and IC reason to arrest/detain).
