Hello Mazhor, Lebron and Mohamed
I was banned about 6 months ago due to blacklist#101. I had found a bug in the game and shared it with Mohamed and Lebron via DM. Mohamed replied to me but I think he got busy before I could fully explain the situation and he didn’t get back to me after that. Since I had already informed the admins thought it would be okay to look into the bug a bit more. As time passed I noticed that even though it was only the first days of the event , players were selling almost 8,000 Christmas Candies through Beach Market and ADS. It was clear that many people were heavily abusing this bug. That night, I stayed up and tested it a lot to understand it better. I even recorded a video to send to the admins. I waited until reset time hoping it would get fixed, but it continued at the same pace. Right before I got banned I tried to reach out to Mohamed again , but before he could reply, I was banned by Mazhor. After the ban, I messaged Mohamed again to explain the situation, since he already had some context. He told me to submit an appeal. Unfortunately my appeal was rejected by Lebron. I also sent a message to Mazhor explaining the situation briefly. He told me that if I found a bug, I should report it, and that using it many times was not fair. I understand that this whole thing might have been misunderstood. My only goal was to help and get the bug fixed as soon as possible. I didn’t sell or use even a single candy gained through this bug you’re free to check that. I believe this shows my true intentions. I acted with a sense of comfort because I had already informed the admins, but I never tried to profit from it. If I had that kind of intention, I would’ve just used the bug quietly like the others who got banned but I didn’t. Still, I now realize I should’ve waited for the admins and not acted on my own. Many people have had their bans lifted for similar reasons, and I’m just asking for one last chance to return to the game. Thank you very much for your time and attention
