Hello Dear Administrator,
I stopped playing for about a year. I came back a month ago. I got banned about a month ago. My account was stolen or hacked. As you know, you can't be logged into two computers at the same time. My account was banned because of multiple IP addresses. I have proof.

My account was banned because the person who stole or hacked my account was logged in on their personal device for three or four days. The ban appears to be due to multiple IP addresses, which indicates that my account was stolen. I have submitted a refund form.
