2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be leader of SAHP as I have been working in State organizations from long time and in this time period I worked under many leaders on different positions. Also i was a leader of SAHP and deputy director of FIB once, which gave me decent experience and motivation to apply for the position of Sherrif once again .
Moreover I have Experience in All organizations which gave me enough knowledge about legislations which will help me to lead my term successful also I have experience of gangs as deputy which will help me to follow to all the rules and lead term more better then others. I spend a good time as high command and deputy director in FIB and quite good time in GOV which will also help my in my this journey. I faced too many situations which helped me today to reach this position
I think for leading organization you should have peoples who like hardwork and have knowledge about everything , I have prepared well image and friends community in the city when i was in the organizations. which will help me to lead organizations. I Have good numbers of friends having good experience in the city as a leader and deputy with a lot of knowledge so they will help me to complete my term
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will announce good bonuses in organization which will make people motivate for work and make them stick within the org this will result in high activity from organizations .
I will introduce short interviews for promotion which will help me to chose wise highcommands which will avoid rules breaks from organization and will lead to better rp . I will make high commands on the basis of a their hardwork and promote them according to their work.
I will guide every member within the organization related to Rp situations which will help them to face any situation. I will keep check and balance of highcommands work. like if they are not doing their job proper i will demote them and bring the deserver once.
