2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Med Runs: i want to make sure our city is stocked up on supplies of med kits doing med runs consistently so we never run out of pills, med kits, insurances.
2. Activity: i want to make EMS as active as possible with our hospitals filled with minimum 1 employee at all times day and night times.
3. Cured State employees: i want to make sure all LEO orgs like FIB, LSPD, NG, SAHP are fixed with a health insurance as its required for state employees and i want to make sure our state employees get the best treatment every day!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
my advice is to help people that are struggling with tasks like how they patch people or what they are doing wrong and keep them on track if we see a person struggle we will give them a teacher or a video to show them each step to get them right the next time around we want to keep our org in serious RP and never get off track and possible warnings.
