2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
first reason why i want to be leader of this organization is that i want the families to get rid of that "Underdog gang" name in the city, this gang has always been underdog and i will do whatever it takes to make it one of the top gangs
second reason why i want to be leader of this organization is because i have been high command in different organizations but i have never been leader of any specific organizations so i want to get that experience of being a leader even though i have experience in leading family and gangs in general since i have been high command in many different gangs.
Third reason why i want to be leader of the organization is that i want to make city and organizations in general active there, city lacks gang activity nowadays and if i become a leader i will be doing many events and hostage situations this way city can be fun again like it was back then not only for gangs but for LEO-s as well
3.To Improve Roleplay in organization i will make sure that i only get experienced people in gang those who know rules and know how to not break them as well. i will make sure no one unexperienced gets in a gang and makes mistakes in it, so everyone who wants to join the gang will have to know all the simple rules that gang requires and will be interviewed to make sure that they know all the rules also if i get this opportunity to get gang leadership i will make this gang one of the best families that has ever been in the city
