When I arrived at the crime scene, the person on red motor attacked another person before the video started. There where 4 LSPD there we chased the guy on motor, he got hit by car and died when it exploded. The person 466489 in grey-ish car was running away from LSPD and run me over as seen on vid, he went further down the street truned around and came at me running me over. I got to chase him as per LSPD call that they were chasing him and he knowing or not that I will get him before he gets on his knees left game before I managed to shoot a taser on him
