2. Why Do You Want To Be A Leader Of SAHP
So I want to become a leader because in city I have worked as a Leo for long time I have gained much experience in the organisations, I have worked as a high command in all legal organisations so main the thing I want to become a leader of SAHP, I want to explore new things as a leader. And I believe I am capable to hold a position as a leader, Based on my experience in organisations
In my opinion I think we need to do some changes which are necessary for the organisation like we need to hire experienced troops to maintain a good discipline in the organisation, also in personally I don't like the way other organisation treats SAHP so for that I want to make SAHP very strong and highly active in the city and I will make sure to attend all the events with a maximum number of people. I will hire my trusted troops so that if I am not in the city they can manage all the events.
As a leader I will encourage the people to join the SAHP and I will also help the ones to start there journey in the legal organisation and I will make sure in my term I will make SAHP a good organisation, i will also make a good bonus system to encourage my officers to show more activity in the organisation

1. Swat
The main focus of this department to handle any situation like front line assaulting and execution of the plan in every event. this department will handle events like GP ( Ghetto petrol) and it will also handle highly risky tasks
2. HR ( Human Resource)
In this department the human resource stand for hiring new people in the organisations and give training and make sure that every member that join SAHP know the basic rules so that they don't make any mistakes in future they. I will make sure to keep this department in some experienced hands because this is the most important department for the organisation
3. UC ( Under Cover)
So this department will be most secret department of this organisation, we do some under cover operation in this department like information about gang activity and keep eye on the gangs and we also help FIB in gang raids and black market raids
4. IA ( Internal Affairs)
This Department will work internally in the organisation and i will also check any type of corruption in the organisation, it will also take care about logs and i will make sure they check logs everyday to see their activity's
5. PR ( Public Relation)
This department will make sure the thinking of the people about SAHP and also try to make a good relation with the public to encourage them to join the SAHP, It will also make sure to do some events to win peoples trust
