- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans:-I want to be an admin because I love the community and want to assist in keeping it a balanced, structured, and enjoyable place for all. While I have had a wonderful time in RP and have learned much from it, I feel that I can now best serve from behind the scenes—through rule enforcement, in assisting new players, and through resolving issues that affect the game as a whole.
Leaving RP life isn't about losing interest; it's entering a role where I can help improve the server for all. I've had RP experience from the player's perspective of things, and that gives a balanced understanding to make impartial, informed choices as an admin.
- What are your strengths?
Ans:- Being a good communicator is one of my greatest strengths. I communicate in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Additionally, being a good listener allows me to fully gather a player’s concern before I respond. I gather all the necessary details without interrupting the player. I then calmly and fairly process the situation and deal with the player's concern. I try my best to resolve the situation without making them uncomfortable or disrespecting them. Ultimately there is still an issue and I need to help solve it. - What are your weaknesses?
Ans::- One of my personal vulnerabilities is that if someone points me out or puts me on the spot, I can often feel nervous or anxious, even when I know what I am doing is correct. During those moments, it is easy to disregard my instincts and question myself. I try to build more confidence in those moments, by reminding myself to breathe, focus on the facts and not take anything personal.
That said, I always try to learn from the feedback and improve. It is my belief that with awareness and and intention to grow, a vulnerability can always be turned into a strength. - What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ans:-I have a range of leadership, problem-solving and communication skills that I have received in RP environments and out. I am calm and relaxed during stressful situations, and I am able to ingest difficult situations and formulate thoughtful and impartial solutions, always looking to solve issues in reasonable manner. I have also been through systems and policies of Grand RP, and I already know how to think on my feet, formulate prudent decisions as the situation dictates.
I am responsible and involved, I am a team player, and I am professional while being able to keep things friendly, respectful and on task even when problem players arise. I support the community from helping the newbs to reporting. I support the server functioning properly.

Ans:- I have great experience in EMS and i have a good name among all terms which i worked and i have worked 3 terms as highcommand and half term as deputy (due to exams i left the post )
