I was inside LSPD HQ talking with a lawyer when an individual suddenly entered and started shooting at us without any prior interaction or valid RP reason. We pursued the individual and attempted to neutralize him. However, just before he could be taken down, he combat logged (CL). He repeated this same behavior three times — each time shooting and then logging before being killed. I have uploaded my POV as evidence of the repeated rule breaks. This is a violation of the RDM (Random Deathmatch), Combat Logging, and GZ 1.1 rules, and I request that appropriate action be taken against the player involved.
