Subject: Appeal Against Unfair Punishment – Incorrect Rule Violation (Shooting in City)
Dear Admin Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a review of the recent punishment I received related to a report involving player ID 457300 and another individual. I would like to clarify the following points:
1. Incorrect Punishment for Shooting in City:
I have been issued a warning for "Shooting in City", but after reviewing my own bodycam footage, I can confirm that I did not discharge any weapon in the city area. I fully acknowledge the provoking and fail RP parts of the report, but the claim of shooting in the city is incorrect and I request that this part of the punishment be removed or re-evaluated.
2. Disproportionate Punishment Compared to Others:
The players involved (including ID 457300) were engaging in GR 3.1 + GZ 1.1, and were only punished for sexual harassment, while I received penalties for multiple rule breaks — including the incorrect "Shooting in City" charge.
3. Unpunished RDM by ID 457300:
I was also RDM'd by ID 457300, which was evident in the footage, but it appears no punishment was issued for that. I request that this be looked into as well.
Please review the bodycam evidence again, especially focusing on the alleged shooting in the city and the actions of player ID 457300. I respectfully request that the mistakes in the punishment be corrected and the unnecessary warnings be removed from my record.
