Dear Sir,

I hope you're doing well I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my account being banned last year for the use of a mining bot. I know it was a very serious mistake, and I feel very ashamed of it. I truly miss playing with my friends and being active in the community. I have learned from my mistake and promise to never repeat it. If possible, I kindly request a second chance. I would even accept a money wipe or a full account wipe if necessary, just to come back and play fairly. Thank you for considering my appeal.
