Hello,
my name is Abo Skandar, and my account ID is 472102.
I recently submitted an appeal because I couldn’t log into the server. In the response, I was told that I’m not banned.
But when I try to join, I still get the message:
“Your Social Club account is blocked.”
And the reason shown is: "Account Hacks."
This is very confusing to me. I’ve only been playing on the server for about one week. I’ve never used cheats, hacks, or tried to break any rules.
The only thing that might be related is that I once logged into my friend’s account (Moha Elmorad, ID: 171247) to help him transfer back some of his old items. He already got unbanned after explaining the situation, and his money was wiped as a result.
But I never used any hacks, and my own account was clean. I just want to be able to play normally again. Please check my case again and let me know if there’s any way to fix this.
