Life Story:
Jay was a kid left by his parents and grew up with no one to care for him. A local gang member decided to take him in not out of love but because he saw potential in him. Someone who could be useful as Jay got older he learned on how to manufacture and sell drugs and weapons he was great at it he watched and learned fast his new gang member friends. Were all part of that life and soon Jay started helping out with some other illegal activities he wanted to make it big. Small things at first then bigger stuff later one day he met a guy named Ellot who showed him how to rob ATMS . Ellot taught him how to rob them in 5 minutes and get out as quick as possible. They worked together for a while and made a LOT of money. But one night it went terribly wrong Jay tried to rob a ATM with more than 2000 dollars in it but a off duty officer came and tried to stop him. They struggled and Jay ended up shooting him it was his first time but he did not freeze. After that he knew he could handle it and started doing more. He became known for never missing and never talking. Even though the life was dangerous it gave him a place to belong. Still the guilt grew inside him.
Career Story:
Jay's guilt hit a limit so he started fresh within the federal investigation bureau he decided to become a SAU agent he was actually great at leading and he was a great shooter from his past life. Jay became well respected within the FIB even more within the department he grew pretty quick in rank. Jay was happy his life went well and he got put on a really big case against a crime leader he had to lead a hostage situation against him. Jay was smart and saw right through their plans and knew what they were going to do. Jay got a small team ready and ambushed their flank team Jay alone killed over 5 people all by himself. Jay got promoted and praised even more he truly felt like a king. Jay kept getting rank ups eventually reaching the Deputy Head Of Department rank in which he lead even more events and he got access to even more perks, however a corrupt cop joined within his department he became a Chief Of Staff and demoted Jay to Supervisor. Jay was incredibly upset all his hard work really gone to waste? Then there was a HUGE hostage situation the director of the Federal Investigation bureau got taken hostage together with a deputy he immmediatelly responded and formulated a plan, however the Chief Of Staff decided to just push him away and make his own plan. They executed the Chief Of Staff his plan and it went well till they got ambushed by a flank team Jay KNEW this was going to happen. His best friends died left and right he was so angry that he killed over 10 of them and took lead with his rage. Jay then could not handle these losses and was incredibly mad at the Chief Of staff so mad that he decided to stab him to death in his own department he perfectly covered his tracks and he became a Head Of department. His past had not truly left him and he became blood lusted once again.
Outcomes:
1) Jay can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Jay can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Jay can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Jay can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Jay can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
6) Jay is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
7) Jay can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8) Jay can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
9) Jay can use truth serum on suspects to gain information from everyone. ( with /try command 2 times every rp )
