2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I think i would be great leader because if i take leadership position i will take it seriously and make it clear that there isn’t gonna be any favouritism and all people will get what they deserved. I was in LSPD for about 3 terms non stop. Currently im COS OF TE and i lead many events which can help me in future with leadership. I have been in many situations and positions which i know how to handle.
2.2 Los Santos Police Department always was in my heart as there is all close people all understandable people. I always wanted to take leadership position and prove everyone that i can handle it. I think that this organisation is place where i can be sure that everyone is gonna have no issues here.
2.3 In my career i have started from scratch i never had big ranks from start in all organisations i started from scratch and i proved myself and everyone around that i can handle it. Speaking about LSPD it was very hard for me not gonna lie i didn’t understand how to fill logs but i didn’t give up like others and i learned and then i started teaching others how to do it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I would always care about my employees all employees starting from first rank, bonuses would be provided very much.
- Towing in LSPD is always a problem so in my term it all would be fixed with no problems, we would show curators our amazing work.
- Leader meetings i will always attend me and all my deputies 100% there is jo excuses.
- IA/HRT those departments are very responsible in LSPD so they won’t gonna have any issues as in those departments gonna be amazing people who are experienced.
- About Ghetto Patrol we won’t gonna miss it any week. We will do it as soon as possible to not pull it till week end and after we do 3 we can be free knowing that we did it.
- Favouritism, that won’t be tolerated in my term in any way. It would be instant employment termination.
- I saw that some times LSPD are low on numbers so my goal will be to hire as many people possible in LSPD so they can enjoy it and show other LEOS that LSPD is on TOP.
- I will top up departments bonuses so people in departments can freely work and earn easy cash.
- Connections between other Legal Organisations, we will always be professional and answer instantly. We also don’t gonna tolerate rudeness in my
term in any form.
