1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I’ve always been someone who enjoys building communities, not just participating in them. After spending a lot of time in RP, I’ve realized that I want to contribute in a more meaningful way by helping manage and improve the server experience for everyone. Becoming an admin is not about leaving RP for me, it’s about giving back to the community that I’ve learned so much from. I want to help make the server more welcoming, organized, and fun for both new and experienced players.
2. What are your strengths?
   I’m very level-headed, especially in tense situations. I always try to understand the full picture before making decisions. I’m also highly consistent, whether it’s my activity on the server or how I interact with players, I always aim to be fair and approachable. Another strength is my communication: I can explain things clearly, which is useful when dealing with rule clarifications or conflicts.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Sometimes I can be a bit of a perfectionist when handling tasks. I like to do things the right way, which can occasionally make me take longer to complete something than necessary. However, I’m working on balancing quality with speed so that I can be more efficient in an admin role.
4. What can you bring to the admin team?
   I bring reliability, a strong sense of fairness, and a positive attitude. I understand that as an admin, consistency is key; players should always feel that decisions are made impartially. I’m also very active, so I can offer regular support during key hours. Lastly, I believe in teamwork: I’m always willing to collaborate and learn from other admins to improve my own performance.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
   I currently do not own any business. If I do, I will gladly sell it.
6. Any IRL issue stopping you from being active now or anytime soon?
   No current IRL issues. I manage my time well between personal commitments and gaming. If anything changes in the future, I will communicate it openly with the team.
7. Anything else we should know?
   I believe being a good admin is about more than enforcing rules, it’s about creating a healthy environment where players can enjoy the RP and feel heard. I’m here to contribute to that environment with patience, integrity, and dedication. I’m also eager to learn and grow within the team and am always open to feedback.
