A. Proven Experience in Both Legal and Illegal Orgs
I have been part of almost every legal organization in the city — from SAHP to LSPD and EMS. This experience has shaped my understanding of how to manage teams, follow RP rules, and organize structures.
On the other hand, I have also served as High Command (HC) in Ballas gang, where I managed members, and maintained internal discipline. This dual-sided experience makes me capable of running Families with both RP excellence and strategic dominance.
B. Passionate About High-Quality Gang RP
My goal is not just to win events but to make Families the most feared and respected gang in the city. I want every member to feel like they're part of a real brotherhood — where loyalty, strategy, and RP matter more than random violence.

If selected, I will take the RP quality of the gang seriously. My plans to improve the RP in Families include:
Structured Ranks with Real RP Responsibilities Weekly Roleplay-Based Activities Strict RP Rules with Internal System- Anyone doing FailRP, Powergaming, or RDM will be warned/striked and removed if repeated.
- I will set up a promotion system based on RP, activity, loyalty, and leadership skills.
Training for New Members
Every new member will be trained on:
- Event rules
- Gang RP
- How to handle hostages and store robberies
