Additional Information
1. Leader of National Guard (NG)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this sepcific organization? (List three reasons with an explanantion)
2.1 I worked with this organization for like 5,6 Terms i have meet many people and everyday learned new things about this organization i am passionate about Army. I want to see my self in responsible positon in National Guard so that i can make beneficial decision for this organization and others too. The National Guard was my first Organization in the city that i joined, thats the reason its very special to me. National Guard have also given me new life many people recognize me just because of National Guard.
2.2 I want to become a leader in the National Guard because I believe in service, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. The National Guard plays a critical dual role serving both community and country and I’m deeply committed to upholding that mission. As a leader, I want to contribute to developing the next generation of soldiers, ensuring they’re trained, supported, and motivated to meet any challenge. Leadership in the Guard isn’t just about giving orders; it’s about setting the standard, being accountable, and acting decisively under pressure. I’m ready to bring my experience, discipline, and dedication to that role and to grow even further through the responsibility it entails.
2.3 I aspire to become a leader in the National Guard because leadership, to me, is not about authority—it's about service, commitment, and the ability to inspire others to rise to their fullest potential. The National Guard embodies the core values of integrity, selfless service, and resilience, and I want to be a part of upholding and advancing those values through effective leadership. Throughout my time in the National Guard, I’ve witnessed firsthand how strong leadership can shape unit morale, operational success, and mission readiness. I've seen how a leader's decisions can impact not just the success of a mission but also the safety, growth, and well-being of every soldier involved. That kind of responsibility motivates me. I want to be the kind of leader who listens, adapts, and takes action someone my team can trust, both in crisis and in calm.
3. Your Advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My first Motive will be during the term is to focus on all the departments Military Police Internal Affairs, Human resources, AirForce, Specialized Armed Support Division, Public Relations, Para Special Forces to make Organization operation goes smooth and to remove all the corruptions and conflicts within the organization. My Aim will be to bring professional, Discipline within my Soliders.
3.2 Improving the RolePlay level in the National Guard with the help of Military Police (MP) can significantly enhance training realism, discipline, and mission readiness across all units. MPs bring specialized knowledge in law enforcement, crowd control, detainee handling, and security operations skills that are critical in both combat and domestic missions. To elevate RP effectiveness, MPs should be actively involved in designing and leading scenario-based exercises that reflect real-life situations, such as managing civil unrest, conducting checkpoint operations, handling detainees, and responding to base security breaches. Their expertise can help simulate legal and ethical challenges, proper use-of-force procedures, and escalation protocols that troops must navigate under pressure.
3.3 To improve RP while doing Ammo Run, I would focus on clear planning, strong communication, and disciplined execution. First, I would conduct a route recon to identify the safest and most efficient paths, including backup routes in case of delays or hazards. I’d ensure that all personnel involved ammo handlers, drivers, NCOs, and range safety are briefed on the mission, safety protocols, timeline, and responsibilities. I would assign a dedicated ammo NCO to oversee loading, and accountability of all ammunition. All loads would be properly secured in appropriate vehicles, and I’d ensure everyone wears the required PPE during handling.
Although I will do everything possible to make National Guard Successful, I would focus on building a strong foundation of discipline, training, and community engagement. Success starts with well-prepared and motivated personnel, so I would prioritize continuous, realistic training that develops both technical skills and leadership at all levels. Encouraging teamwork and open communication ensures that every member feels valued and ready to perform their role effectively. Thanks for the Support of our Loveky Curators.
