Life Story:
Marklon Hill was born in Los Santos. When he was a child, his mother was killed by a gang member in front of his eyes and his father was a police officer for 30 years, his biggest dream was to work in the SAHP. His father worked in the SAHP for many years and transferred to the FIB. After Marklon graduated from police high school, he went to the police academy, his father had retired for 2 years and when his father's health problems appeared, Marklon started to take a break from school. However, this did not last long, his father died 2 months later. He and his father hated the gang members and were eagerly waiting for that day to get revenge on them. After Marklon graduated from police high school, he started working in the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and his academic career was going well. After working in the SAHP for a certain period of time, he rose to the rank of Deputy Sheriff in the SAHP. However, while everything was going well, one day, due to an injustice done by the Sheriff, he had to transfer to the Los Santos Police Department as a police officer in the city. He started doing the bad police work he did in the SAHP, such as leaking information to the LSPD. The little illegal activities he did at the LSPD had started to be seen by people. To get away from that, Marklon transferred back to the SAHP outside the city and would continue his illegal activities from there. Also, while he had dedicated his life and police work to protecting the people of Los Santos and finding his mother's killer, now he was trying to feel better and satisfy himself, so he was doing bad police work. And the most important factor was if he hadn't prepared for the raid on the gang that killed his mother. After a while, the FIB would put them all in their place.
Career Story:
After Marklon spent a long time in SAHP, Deputy Zaid Soloo told him that he was very good at it and that he would get paid for it in the future. But one day, when he was on patrol and arrested 10-15 people, the devil thought he was his partner and told the suspect that he could release him for a certain fee. This was his first bad activity in the police force. Marklon liked the idea and he could use his bad cop skills to gain the gangs' trust and get revenge on his mother. And Marklon did this after he transferred to LSPD. He was in constant communication with a gang and infiltrated them. Marklon was thinking of returning to SAHP and he had to do it as soon as possible. And he transferred back to SAHP. His next goal is to transfer back to FIB. And he plans to deal a big blow to that gang.
Outcomes:
1. Marklon can sell/buy weapons and drugs (no org stuff).
2. Marklon can take task from darknet and help prisonners escape the prison
3. Marklon can search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, he can break it (/do breaks bodycam)
4. Marklon robs/kills in the ghetto, or kidnaps and robs/kills in isolated areas (following Gen 6.16, SR 5.5, and Ghetto-rule 1.8).
5. Marklon can remove criminals from the wanted list and clear their criminal records.
6. Marklon can lie about requests for a lawyer and refuse to show his ID.
7. Marklon can use Truth Serum on people by injecting them to obtain information (/Try twice per situation)
