I was collecting Statue and the guy came from nowhere and rammed my scooter
Then the guy said something in FL
When I was leaving , that guy SHOOT me without any Demands which goes under GR 6.15 as well

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 136256 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15 & Gen Rule 3.3
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. + All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.))​
