Dear chief administration, this forum is to bring into your notice that today I was banned for Event Rule 1.7 (Famwar) , due to some technical issues I was unable to get the full POV of the event yesterday hence I was correctly punished, but while going through everything today I found out my full POV of the event of the Famwar. I have attached it as a proof above but because I play in a low end system I can't record the event in high graphics or resolution due to which my POV appears to be low quality but if you notice it the POV is clean and is correct according to which is required for all. Hereby I request you lebron to uplift the punishment of my ban or if not please reduce the punishment to 15 days considering my past punishment history. I had made an complaint about this but it looks like to be rejected due to low quality issues but please consider my request that not everyone can record the POV to the most quality.
