Dear Administrator,
I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to sincerely apologize for the rule break under ER 1.7, as I was unable to provide my POV for the recent fam raid.
The reason I couldn’t record is due to limitations with my low-end PC. Unfortunately, the system recording software required by the server puts a heavy load on my device, and even during non-intensive events like fam raids, it causes extreme lag or crashes. Because of this, I wasn’t able to capture or save the required POV.
I fully understand the server rules and accept the ban as a consequence. However, I kindly ask if you could consider reducing the duration of my ban. I am taking this seriously, and I am already trying to optimize my setup to ensure I can record in future situations as required.
I enjoy being part of the community and hope to return soon under full compliance with the rules. Thank you for your time, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
