1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been a member of the EN1 community for nearly 3 years. I've played as a normal player, Deputy and Leader multiple times. I have seen what makes a good admin and I feel through everything I've seen here, I can put it together to be a hardworking admin. I've seen and experienced many things in this server and despite grand having 12 other servers, EN1 holds a special place in my heart that I can call home. I am happy to say I am one of the most recognisable names in the server. I have put my best efforts in every position I have been in and helped plan many big things for the server that over my times as Leader, my Curators can vouch for. All I want to do now, is give back and help players and help Leaders fulfill their intented role in the server

3. What are your strengths?
I think my biggest strength is that I have experienced everything as a player the server has to offer, this will allow me to take any Admin position/curation and know exactly what to do. Some Admins are expereinced in only a specific area, but I have good experience in State, Crime, Unoff, Turfs etc. There might be some things that I don't know, it is possible, but I am a quick learner which means I'll be able to learn very quickly. In and out the game, my problem solving skills help me to find solutions under pressure which I feel is a big thing in Admin situations, especially as a Curator when the Leader might not know exactly how to solve something. At the end of the day, that's what a Curator is there for. I also have strong time management skills which I believe I have proven in my 6+ terms as a leader where I have always met the targets set to me by my Curators or Seniors. I think that my leadership experiences have shown that I can communicate with players of all levels. To me it doesn't matter if someone is new, old, rich or poor. I will always treat them the same, something I will keep the same as an admin. I am also 24/7 available on disc and can spend alot of time in the game, especially in quiet hours which I feel is a big addition to the Admin team
4. What are your weaknesses?
As much as I’d like to say I have no weaknesses and I am TopG of EN1 which may seem like the case, there are a few I should mention. I find it hard to work with people with big egos or those who talk too much but I will always keep a calm mind as an Admin as I know you have to be balanced and fair as one. I also am an overachiever which can sometimes come across as taking on more than I should be but I see these more as proofs of my dedication to doing my best rather than actual weaknesses
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Experience in all server things, good communication skills, fast response time
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes (I don’t have one currently)
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I was rejected last time but I feel since then I have shown my worth in 30+ days as Ballas Leader. We achieved 100% Turfs, nearly 600 in the org at our peak with 220+ online. My Curators can vouch for my term and everything I learnt during it and my other times as Leader can help me in this position. I think I have proven myself enough and would like to ask consideration from seniors
