Rejected Fear Rp + Fail RP | 0000,FIB/Leos

Hello Respected Senior State Curators,
All in pov. So we(Bloods) were doing Hostage sit with 2 FIB Hostages and FIB was the one who were Negotiating. I gently asked them if they needed a free passage, If they wanna fight or not. They said they wont fight and leave, I also told I wont touch you. After passing the money they Airhorned us and started shooting without confirming the hostages safety. It was me who was asking the hostage to run which was supposed to be done by leos. They Airhorned one of the hostages as well and started shooting Through (we were freezed first shot was From leos side {Heavy shotgun}. Which resulted the death of that one hostage at the end of the situation. No fear about hostages life and main motive to only kill us is Purely Fail Rp. All up to senior state curators now.

In the POV it appears that one of the Bloods members shouts "Kill them, kill them", that means the lives of all LEO's and that of the hostages are in danger. I am not able to confirm who uses the airhorn at the start, the POV simply does not show that.

By the fact that the LEO's were told they were going to get killed I see more then enough reason to engage, risking less lives of all, therefore the complaint is rejected.
