Dear Mazhor,
I am writing to appeal an IP ban that I have received for the second time within five days.
In my previous unban request, I explained my situation and was told by Monika Tired (Deputy Chief Admin) that I should use a VPN, which I didn’t really understand since it seemed like my IP could simply be unbanned if I hadn’t done anything wrong—which is actually the case here.
Yesterday, I submitted another unban request because, as mentioned, my new IP was blocked again. When I asked if my IP could be unblocked, I was again told to play either with or without a VPN, which did not really solve my issue.
I hope you can help me with this matter. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
I also want to say that I am truly grateful that this project exists and I really appreciate all the hard work the team puts into it.
