unable to login due to 2 factor authentification

hi ! 2 day ago i trun on 2 factor authentification in my account . but now when i try to login my account to play its need 2 factor authentification or secret code . i dont no my secret code and i give 2 factor authentification code from my mobile , but its show enterd code is worng . now what i do ?
