Life Story: Pikka was in Los Santos. He was born in Rich family his father was well-known person in city. 1000+ workers works under his father after some time his father financial was bad. Now his father company got bankrupt. So Pikka decide to help his father to get his company back so he start with small business. His marketing strategy was best from others. So his father gave him some money to do marketing after some time he got big profit through marketing. His father gave him some of his product to sell it he sell those product in 3 days. After spending 2-3 years. Pikka bring his well-known father back and now he is handling marketing department in his father company.
Career Story: Pikka was new in city he don't know about any rules of city. He explore city and complete 5 years in city and join SAHP as a trooper. He gain many experience as lower command and after spending 1-2 months as a lower command he got high command and get many responsibility to do. After spending 5-6 months continuously as traffic Cop. He decide to risgn from SAHP and join other organization. He join FIB,LSPD,GOV and NG as high command and gain many experience by doing some mistakes. He spend his most of time to serve city. Now he is well-known person in State Organization.
Outcomes:
1. Pikka can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
2. Pikka can illegally go to ghetto to shoot and Rob someone while off duty. (Without entering gang hq)
3. Pikka can lie about his identity, pretend to be someone else to save himself from getting caught while performing corruption.
4. Pikka can process 10-15's without reading Miranda right and lie about the availability of a lawyer in the city.
5. Pikka can become a hostage for bribes upto 100k.
6. Pikka can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested ( With a RP reason )
7. Pikka can take money from gangsters for the exchange of any sorts of information.
8. Pikka can carry his ID and portable radio while off duty
9. Pikka can ask criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not the items that belongs to organization).
10. Pikka can refuse to show his ID to other LEO's and Civilians to avoid himself getting caught while doing corruption.
