- I want to be the leader of Lifeinvader because I believe that I have the skills and experience necessary to lead the organization to success. I have been a member of Lifeinvader for almost four months and have held a variety of positions within the organization, including HR, DHOD, HOD and ad specialist. In these roles, I have developed strong organizational skills. I am also a creative thinker and have a knack for coming up with new and innovative ideas. I believe that these skills and experiences would make me an effective leader of Lifeinvader.
- In the last few weeks, I have spotted less involvement from leader. The inactivity of some HC in the organization negatively influences how the organization is run, how motivated team members are, and how well-coordinated they become. My goal is to be a leader who is always involved, always available, and holds myself responsible for the team’s regular progress.
- Lifeinvader’s presence in public is low, the advertisements make the service too expensive for most normal Players and businesses, and there are not enough enjoyable RP events. Being a leader, I focus on minimizing expenses for ads, offering lively RP scenarios, organizing events that the community likes, and bringing Lifeinvader back as a popular meeting place in the city.
- One of the main problems inside the organization is when skilled people do not receive fair consideration for promotions and assignments. I hope to make sure people get acknowledged and rewarded for what they do, how creative they are, and how well they keep it up, rather than through personal connections. All members should sense that working hard and staying active gives them a chance to advance in Lifeinvader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Give all new individuals proper training and clear instructions for what they should do, using resources available to them.
- The members of a high command should be active, simple to reach out to, and able to assist the team in every moment.
- Notice & Appreciate Good RP: Send IGIC to exceptional roleplayers, give everyone special permissions or titles, and make it known when someone does great RP.
- Appoint a skilled reception team at the front desk who will meet citizens and make the game world feel more real. Give the right person extra compensation to motivate them.
- Ensure open communication: Help your team members express their ideas, feedback, and suggestions to work on advancing the quality of RP.
- Plan and organize regular RP events for both internal and public audiences to maintain the team’s involvement and give people new chances for interaction.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
