Dear Grand RP Admin Team,
I am writing to report that my Grand RP account has been hacked, and I need your urgent help recovering it.
The hacker managed to change the email and password associated with my account, and I no longer have access to it. Fortunately, I was able to recover both my Steam and Rockstar Social Club accounts, which were previously linked to my Grand RP account. However, the Grand RP credentials were changed, and my linked accounts were removed.
As a result, my account was banned under Rule 1.1, but I want to clarify that I did not violate any server rules. The ban appears to have happened due to unauthorized access and not because of any action on my part.
I kindly request:
1. The removal of the 1.1 ban, as the situation was due to a hack.
2. Recovery of my account, and linking it to a new email: [email protected]
I can provide full proof of ownership, including:
Screenshots of my recovered Steam and Rockstar Social Club accounts
Old gameplay screenshots or videos
Any additional verification you require
Please help me regain access to my account. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into my character and would be extremely grateful for a second chance.
