The reviewing admin chose to only punish ID 38568 for music abuse, but ignored clear toxic behavior in violation of GR 3.1, which cannot be solved IC.
I was an on-duty FIB officer, and the EMS High Command told me:
At TimeStemp: 06:33 “You're the bastard who wanted to hang me out. Take your adrenaline and fuck off.”*
This is not RP language. It’s vulgar and toxic, and violates the rules of legal org conduct and OOC behavior.
The incident occurred during the Submarine event, making the behavior even more inappropriate.
I respectfully request this decision be reviewed, and a proper GR 3.1 punishment applied to ID 38568.
