After leaving from sports Speedy started serving for police dep full time hoping to clean the system Backed by powerful sponsors and war-time elites. At first he forced reforms for youth sports and rural education. But under the desk he wwas pressure mounted. He was offered favors government contracts insider information bribes masked as donations. At first he did not accepted brides. But then some how with time he saw how slow change came by his honesteffort. Projects were blocked. His foundation was starved of funds. Meanwhile other corrupt officials thrived living lavish lives while doing nothing! He began taking money for deals only to keep his programs run he told himself. But soon he was laundering money through misleading the investigation accepting bribes for robberies rights through areas and using his faam to silence people mouth about him!
