- ID 206078 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.16 + Mixing
- ID 202695 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.16
A clear pull-over demands were given by the driver and confirmed by ID 206078, then ID 186856's way got blocked, both 206078 & 202695 pulled out their guns when they got out of the car.
