2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First off all hello to dear Curators, When I came this City first I joined a gang (Vagos) as a Turf Leader. After we done almost 20 terrioteries I was getting arrested so much. We were doing criminal activites then get arrested. I left Vagos and went Marabunta as a Deputy Leader. After a day , I understand that gangs arent for me. I like the State much more. For being a FIB director is my dream. I joined SAHP as a Head of Department.
2.2 I want to be leader of this organization because it's the almost most powerful state org in city. I am sure that I can lead a spec ops's. I just want to 1 chance to prove myself in interview, I had experience in SAHP/GANGS, so i know the state and crime rules. I have long aspired to one day become the head of a FIB organization. When I saw that the FIB application phase was opening, it immediately sparked a lot of interest in me. In my opinion, the FIB is one of the most interesting organizations in the entire state. I see the opportunity to take on responsibility and shine with new ideas. I would also like to play a defining role in everyday RP with my strong team. You can therefore find my motivation in the following application.
2.3 Maybe I am low id but , But experience isn't everything either. The leadership of the authority and I, which has already been established under me, also bring passion, commitment and the willingness to take responsibility to the table.
The management level and the management are a well-coordinated team, which strengthens the cohesion of the authority and those with other organizations.With my experience and my motivation, I would like to build a good and competent organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 As a leader, I would like to advance the organization both in RP and in the strategic aspect, as I have gained a lot of experience in these points. My goal is to drive new concepts, especially in the area of undercover work. For me, an interesting aspect of the FIB is the undercover work, as this is where one of the greatest RP potential lies. That's precisely why I want to actively promote and expand this point.
3.2 There will also be a focus on fighting bad cops within state organizations. I would like to work very actively and a lot with the GOV to keep bad cops, gangs, black market and unofficial families as low as possible in order to reduce crime in the state. I have a high standard in the form of well-planned missions that not only offer shooting, but also exciting roleplay for all participating sides.
3.3 I am convinced: No other organization offers as many diverse and profound opportunities as the FIB. I would like to specifically expand, structure and sustainably integrate these special facets into the RP - for an interesting and fun gaming experience.
Focus on team & Department structure
Personally, I think that in a state organization the most important aspect is the satisfaction of the team. I stand for clear hierarchies, structured processes and sensible, motivating recruiting and training of new agents. My goal is to specifically strengthen the internal departments and to staff them appropriately in order to create a professional and stable basis for all areas of operation.
Two core areas that are very close to my heart are the IA – Employee Affairs Department and the CID – Criminal Investigation Division. An important unit of the FIB is the CID, which stands for undercover work. Personally, I think that undercover work is an essential part of roleplay. In this department I want well-trained and committed agents who offer real RP highlights with their work.
The HR&T – the human resources department – is just as important to me. New players in particular deserve a good introduction, clear structures and the feeling of being taken seriously. I attach great importance to an appreciative and supportive environment for new members. I myself started my RP career in a criminal organization – and was immediately well received there. I would now like to pass on exactly this positive experience.
Overall, I see FIB as not just a simple organization, but as an opportunity to create a strong, well-organized and motivated team, with a general focus on internal quality, good training and strong team play. I would like to take the lead, design structures in the everyday life of a FIB agent and actively contribute to a fun and well-thought-out roleplay.
