In the video he submitted as evidence, at 01:48 you can hear him insulting my mother in Turkish (he says: “Ya senin ANANISİKİYM..."). This is a clear violation of the rules against disrespectful behavior and should not be tolerated in RP or OOC. Regardless of the context, this kind of language is not acceptable.
