Voice chat has timed out... attempting to restart. "Fixed"

i keep getting this error when talking. I have checked my settings on windows and in game and they are the same. i use a mixer for all my sounds. Tried pressing F10 and then F8 didn't work. Tried verify integrity no luck there either. its set for game bc i control it that way on my mixer

Already tried but i got it fixed 1 day ago after having the issue for 1 week
