I was permanently banned for multi-accounting and account sharing. The ban affects my first account. The reason for this is that I accidentally created a third account some time ago, but I had completely forgotten about it. Later, I logged in with a new Steam account, thinking it was my second account. I didn't realize it was actually the third account. At the same time, I had submitted an unban request for my first account due to an anti-cheat ban (#1004). During the review, it was discovered that I had logged in and played on the third account intermittently, although I was unaware of this.
I apologize for this misunderstanding and hope that my case will be reviewed again.
