Life Story:
Bell was the average guy working a nice job having a decent income not to bad not to good. Bell was happy with his life and had a loving family his brother Bouncer was a great brother for him as well. One day he got a call at work Bouncer called him saying he needed his help for a mission Bell was confused but since its his brother he decided to go. Bouncer sent a GPS Bell headed there and it was some kind of gang's HQ Bell was very confused upon arrival. Bouncer explained to him that he had a double life he was actually a LEADER in the Bloods Street Gang upon hearing this Bell was incredibly scared it can not be my own brother is the leader of the Bloods Street Gang? Bouncer then gave him a mission to execute someone for 500 thousand dollars upon hearing this bell immediately said no. Bouncer then explained that this guy was actually a terrorist and wanted to kill him upon hearing this bell went through with it and got into position with a sniper. He waited for hours and hours until the guy pulled up. Bell pulled the trigger his body fell like it was a piece of meat. Bell ran away and told Bouncer and Bouncer paid him 500k he was incredibly satisfied and was really talented, however he felt sad he took another mans life! He changed for the better good.
Career Story:
Bell was looking for job applications and something caught his eye it read Federal Investigation Bureau job application. Bell immediatelly applied without even reading it and he got accepted finally new chances right? Bell went to the FIB headquarters and met with a guy named John who asked him some questions and checked his background and he eventually got accepted. Bell however did not read the application and became a FIB janitor but it was paid very well so he was fine with it. Bell asked if he could do a drive along with a high command and he agreed Bell did not have anything on him except for a baton as he was just a janitor. The high command explained that they would be patrolling the highway for a bit as gang activity was spotted. Bell thought nothing of it till they got ambushed and the high command got lethally shot bell just had a baton but he was hiding in the backseat. He quickly grabbed the high commands gun and shot 2 of them in a matter of seconds. He called for backup on his radio but the gang had a jammer enabled. He was truly all alone with 8 more enemies left he was really desperate he shot 2 more but could not kill them they were closing in. Bell thought it was truly over, however against all odds bouncer saw this and came along and he helped Bell defeat the gang Bouncer called for backup and they swiftly defeated the gang. Bell was incredibly happy that his brother saved him and did not think his brother would ever save him like that. Bell his high command unfortunately died a few hours after in the hospital and Bell got a promotion for his bravery a HUGE promotion and he became a high command after a few months. Bell decided to then help bouncer just on his own terms.
Outcomes:
1) Bell can arrest someone for fake charges / capture them if he hates them that much or if for payback. (within enough RP reason and nothing too bad)
2) Bell can do loads of criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included)
3) Bell can leak information to criminals for cash / favors.
4) Bell can handcuff, torture and destroy the bodycam of other LEO's to save his buddies, relatives, or foreigners who he feels sorry for. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Bell can use truth serum on suspects to get information from everybody. ( with +/try command 2 times each rp )
6) Bell is allowed to accept bribes (up to 100k and guns/ammo/illegal stuff) and rob (pickpocket).
7) Bell can remove/modify a suspects time in prison and give less / more fines.
8) Bell can try to find a bodycam (using +/try twice each situation), and if he finds it, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
9) Bell is able to clear people's criminal background or remove them from the wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons of equal value).
10) Bell can deny and lie about having a lawyer and lie about his name / refuse to show any form of ID.
