Hello Admin Team,


I’m writing to formally submit a complaint regarding an unjust punishment I received from Admin KAYCE SHAKESPEARE, who jailed me for 3 hours due to a Fear RP violation.


I would like to highlight the following points:

1. According to Grand RP Rule 1.7 (Punishment Guidelines):
   

   “First violation of minor RP rules results in a warning or a jail time up to 30 minutes depending on the situation.”
   ➤ This was my first offense of this kind, and by your official rules, the maximum punishment should have been a warning or up to 30 minutes in jail—not 180 minutes.

2. I was not given any prior warning or explanation before being jailed, and I was not a repeat offender in this context.
3. Rule 1.8 – Abuse of Admin Powers:
   

   “Admins must act fairly and proportionally to the situation, and not abuse their powers.”
   ➤ Giving a 3-hour punishment for a first-time minor RP rule violation is disproportionate and could be seen as an abuse of admin discretion.

In light of this, I respectfully request a review of the punishment, a reduction or cancellation of the jail time, and a reminder to the admin involved to follow the server’s official rulebook and procedures when issuing penalties.
