Jackk was born and spent all his childhood in one of the most dangerous areas of East London. He witnessed crime and poverty everyday and learned how to avoid all the trouble as a child. He overcame the challenges that life threw at him and never gave in to the criminal life despite everything. Jackk´s dream was to make a difference in the world and help all of the people who had fallen for the criminal life since he grew up in that environment. He took a leap of faith at the age of twenty two by moving to the State of San Andreas but he had it really hard at first because he didn't have a job and had a little shitty apartment. After some time spent in San Andreas he decided to join the police academy to follow his dream.

Jackk had it really hard his first year of the police academy both with all his classes but he also had a hard time finding friends but when he got to his second year he made a couple of friends and he had it easier in the academy. He graduated the police academy with top scores and decided to start working in San Andreas Highway Patrol and started out as a probie. He worked his way up and then decided to join swat since he turned out to be really good with guns and tactics. In the swat department he worked hard for multiple years and later on got promoted to COS of swat but when after 1 year of being the COS of swat he got bored of being a good cop and decided to turn his back on the law and become corrupt.
2) Jackk Nova can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3) Jackk Nova can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
