While I was doing my job as a FIB UC agent I went to arena to catch a wanted criminal while I was there I saw a lady that was open carrying and this is illegal according to the penal code of the state so I cuffed her but when I did she disappeared I didn't know where did she go and when I saw her again I realized that she entered the arena so when she got out i proceeded to do my arrest procedure and did everything correctly i got off the and hoped back in after couple of minutes i got the massage that I got a warning for fail rp, how would i do fail rp if i didn't know that she was going to enter arena at the same time i cuffed her if i knew and that could be impossible i wouldn't do it but as i said i didn't know when she was going to enter and i know the server rules really good and this the first time i get a punishment i didn't violate any rule since i played please this is a wrong decision i really enjoy playing so don't take that away from me and i will say it again ( I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SHE WAS GOING TO ENTER THE ARENA THE TIME I CUFFED HER ).

i didn't say that you're a wanted criminal i said i was looking for one and i saw you open carrying and i don't need to say i'm going to cuff you it's all in the left eye and also i said i am going to cuff you when i don't have to say so
