1. I’ve gained valuable experience across various RP servers as both a gang member and a leader. I understand how to manage gang hierarchy, maintain member motivation, and handle situations like turf wars, illegal trades, and diplomatic RP with other factions. My background includes realistic drug RP, planned attacks, and long-term storyline development, which gives me the confidence and knowledge to run a gang effectively.
2. I’m not here just to shoot and show off I want to build a deep, immersive experience. My vision is to create a gang where loyalty, reputation, and RP driven hierarchy matter. New members won’t be recruited randomly they’ll go through an RP initiation process. Each rank will have real meaning, and we will work together to build meaningful, evolving storylines that give members a sense of belonging and purpose.
3. I believe in leading with discipline and fairness. Respecting server rules and promoting clean, nontoxic RP are top priorities for me. I plan to maintain a structured system within Families, ensuring that every member understands their role, follows the rules, and contributes to the gang’s identity. My goal is to make Families respected not only for strength but for professionalism and consistent high quality RP.
