2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First of all, NG (National Guard) is the backbone of all legal organizations because it is the only supplier of bullets. Therefore, NG needs to be constantly active. However, recently they have lost this activeness. I will completely change that. There will be continuous production in NG, and no legal organization will have to wait 1-2 days for bullets. I can bring this continuity back to NG.
2.2 Secondly, there is too much favoritism and indiscipline in NG. I will eliminate this and make a proper term. I will create an organization and community where there is no favoritism, everyone respects each other, and anyone can join.
2.3 Thirdly, NG is a very inactive organization. They either don’t attend many events or come with very few people. I will completely eliminate this.
