Leon went to Los Santos and change his identification as Leon Stormy to Leon Standl. when Leon moved to Los Santos, he joined Ballas Gang and started doing criminal activity. Leon started doing store robbery, FZ raid, robbery and hostage situation. Soon he made a move in the crime world and become an Under deputy of Ballas Gang. Leon is controlling the Ghetto and crime world. FIB spotted Leon's activity and started following his work. They collected evidence against him. Now, DOJ issued a warrant against Leon. Leon realized it he can't leave the criminal world like that, otherwise he needs to face consequences. Leon wants to leave crime world after this so he clear his ground by a corrupted LSPD, Now he can start a new life with all of his money. But Leos seized all his money and property. So, He Became poor. He joined SAHP and start working for them. Soon, he got promoted to leader. Leon got transfer from SAHP to FIB because of his skills and soon he got promoted to DHOD in LSPD. After some days, He transfer to FIB and becomes COS. He stayed in FIB for the next 5 terms. Now he is serving for FIB and doing corruption for money.

Throughout Leon Standl's career as a FIB Officer started as a Special agent about 2 months on his journey of growing up in the department, he learned a lot of valuable lessons about the academy of FIB. Leon Standl kept following his dream as he was making a great relationship with pretty much everyone in the department. As Leon was pushing himself to the limits by doing special missions with FIB, he learned way Alot about the street life and how ghetto actually works. After 1 year, Leon Standl was promoted to his new position as a 00 agent . After all, Leon still had to seek revenge on the gang whom put his friend on a situation of life or death wanting to hurt them once and for all.
Outcomes :
1-Leon can ask for weapons and illegal items from 10-15s.
2- Leon can take a bribes ( up to 100k ).
3- Leon can sell/buy illegal stuff ( like cocaine) and guns ( no org guns ) .
4- Leon can lie to 10-15s about calling a lawyer and refuse to show id to the 10-15.
5-Leon can fight in ghetto and help his friends/family ( while he's offduty ) .
6- Leon can break bodycam of any citizien/leo ( using /try 2 times per situation ) .
7- Leon can leak information to gangs about locations like informant due to his history and his connections with gangs .
8- Leon can be toxic toward/rude when he talk to other people ( keeping in mind ooc rules ) .
9- Leon can let suspects run away if they are his friends/family .
