How I Will Improve RP in NG
I will build a strong HR team to hire serious and active people. I will give bonuses to soldiers so they feel rewarded for their hard work. I will check logs and player behavior every day to keep things smooth. I will organize team meetings to hear everyone’s ideas and make improvements. Gatekeepers will get good bonuses and short shifts so they don’t get bored. I will also arrange regular RP events to keep NG fun and active.Departments
