The organization that is conducting the event:
Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The event Hide & Seek will be having two groups, Group 1 - Seekers, Group 2 - Hiders. The Hiders will have 5 minutes to find the best hiding spot inside the Diamond Casino before the seekers come with a revolver to shoot anyone they find on the hiders team.
When the seekers spawn, they will be given 15 minutes to search the entire casino to find the hidden players. To eliminate the hiders, the seeker will have to shoot once or twice to kill them.
The last hider to be found will win the event. If the seekers find all hiders before the event time ends, the seekers will also be getting a bonus that they will split in between each other.
If the seekers is not able to find all the hiders within the time frame of the event, then the remaining hiders will be getting money as an award of winning the event.
Why this event:
This event will help EMS to engage with other organizations, and create that necessary bond with everyone. This event will also not only help players who are participating on getting better to handle stressful situation, but they will also be getting the ability to work as a team and to train their strengths into it.
I also want to host this global event so we can have a fun time all of us together and not just be on duty.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LSPD will be seekers, SAHP will also be seekers and EMS will be hiders.
Other organizations involved:
FIB and NG.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Revolver only.
Admin Requirements:
The admin that will be overseeing the event will have to be able to talk clearly, good understanding on the server rules, good on the explanation of the event rules and the admin must be professional and calm.
Rules of the event:
No leaving the designated area. The event will only happen inside the casino not outside of the casino. No disrespecting each other, we are a team and we are supposed to play together.
How is the event won?
The last hider will win the event along with the seekers being able to win the event as well if they find all the seekers within the time frame of the event.
Prize for the winner:
Seekers - $300,000 that they will have to split with each other
Hiders - $200,000
